Can I book from my phone?

Of course, a sales agent will assist you in the booking process via Whatsapp.

At Samari Spa we have a laundry service.

 

Can I cancel a reservation?

Bookings cancelled within 24hs of check-in will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

You can make a change of date for your stay but it is non-refundable.

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel?

In case you arrive before your check-in time, Samari Spa will help you with your luggage.

Breakfast is served from 07h30AM to 10h00 AM.

We have a varied menu of dishes, in case you have an allergy/intolerance, please tell your waiter.

We accept all major credit cards.

Is there parking at the hotel?

We have private parking.

 

Is smoking allowed in the rooms?

Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms, but we have open areas where you can smoke.

 

Can an extra bed be installed in the rooms?

Yes, the extra charge for an extra bed is 68,20 USD.
It depends on the type of room you are in, please consult reception.

 

Do you have cots?

Cots are available at no extra cost.

 

Do you have a hairdryer?

All rooms have a hairdryer.

 

Can I change the dates of my booking?

We can change the date of your booking, as long as it is done in advance.

 

What forms of payment does the hotel accept?

Cash and credit cards.

We do not accept cheques.

 

Can I request a late check-out or Early Check-in?

You can request it depending on room availability.

We have a towel service in the pool area.

We follow Covid-19 biosecurity policies and the maximum capacity allowed is 15 people.

Can I rent the pool for my family only?

The price for renting the pool is 250 USD for two hours in this area.

The permitted capacity is 15 people.

What are the opening hours of the swimming pool?

From 08h00 AM to 20h00 PM

From 08h00 AM to 20h00 PM

Can I order a special dinner without a reservation?

To make reservations for special dinners, you can do so two hours in advance by contacting Reception

Can I ask for decoration in my room?

You can do this at the time of booking, the additional price for the extra decoration is 30 USD.

If you wish to go into town, you can request a taxi at the reception desk.

 

Do you offer airport transfers?

We offer transfer service from any part of the country.



How can I book an event?

To request a reservation, it must be made one month before the date of your event.

Can I be a little late for my check-in?

Check - in is from 15H00 pm, you can arrive until midnight on the first day of the reservation.
